Q: How much are cookies?
A: The cost of cookies vary depending on the complexity of the design, as well as amount of writing in the set, florals, how many colours are involved, and if there are any airbrushing or metalics. Custom cookies start at $65/dozen, and character/logo sets start at $75/dozen. Each quote is individual to the clients needs and preferences. I generally don’t upcharge for many things, and tend to include colours and airbrushing in the base set price, but some instances do call for an additional fee due to the use of extra product and time.
Q: Are your cookies peanut free?
A: Our cookies are baked in a kitchen that contains all common allergens, including peanuts. Although the recipe itself is peanut free, they cannot be classified as peanut free.
Q: How long do they last?
A: Each cookie is individually heat sealed, allowing it to stay fresh up to 14 days
Q: How do I store them?
A: Cookies should be stored on the counter, in a cool, dry area. Please do not leave your cookies in the heat, or put them in the refrigerator. This may cause colour bleed and condensation, and ruin your cookies.
Q: Can I freeze my cookies?
A: Yes! You absolutely can freeze your cookies. The best way to freeze and prevent condensation/smudging, is to leave them in their heat sealed bag, and place into a ziplock. Place the ziplock bag into a freezer safe container. Once you are ready to thaw your cookies, please leave enough time to bring them to room temperature (at least 4 hours) before you open the container. This step is key in order to prevent condensation from causing colour bleed. Enjoy!
